Returns & Exchanges
We offer 14 day return policy on all goods bought on Customfit.eu. All returned items must be sent to below address. Please remember to write the address clearly and correctly:

If you want to return an item you must return it within 14 days from the day of delivery. The product must be in the same condition and packaging as when you received it. Missing packaging or other things can lead to a return is rejected since we then cannot resell the product, so please send everything in return.
You must pay the return freight and you must remember to fill in a complete return form. Our online return form can be filled in here.
Before you return your package, or after you return it, please send us an e-mail with info about the return. That means the following:
- Confirm that you have filled in our online return form
- The tracking number of the return parcel
- If the product should be replaced or if the money should be refunded
In this way we know that a parcel is on the way and we can for example avoid that it is stranded at the post office or goes back by a mistake. If you have paid with a credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card within 10 days after we received the items return. If you have paid by C.O.D. or bank transfer, please state your IBAN and BIC / Swift code (German customers must disclose the account & BLZ), then the amount will be transferred back to your bank account. You can also cancel the order by refusing to accept the parcel.
Any product can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange an item you must pay the return freight. Goods can only be exchanged for items with the same or lower sales price. If a product at has a higher price you must place a new order and we will reduce the price with the price of the return product. When you send an item back to get it exchanged you must complete our online return form. Our online return form can be filled in here. If we not have the desired product in stock the amount will be send back within 10 days.
Have you received a product with defects then return it as soon as possible. We provide 2 year warranty on all our products. Returns must have a complete online return form completed. Our online return form can be filled in here.
If you return an item because it has a defect which is on our responsibilities we will refund your shipping costs.
However we accept no responsibility for errors that are caused by:
- Damage by improper use
- Damage due to improper washing
- Errors caused by third party
- Errors caused due to errors drying, including drying in a dryer etc.
We will never take underwear or cosmetics in return of hygiene concerns. Not even if the package is unopened.
Errors in the order
If you have received your order and there is missing an item or you received a wrong product then please send an e-mail to our customer service at email@example.com. Remember to mention your order number. We'll investigate the matter and come back within 24 hours with a solution to the problem.
