Customfit.eu accepts the following types of payment:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • Wire Transfer – Bank transfer
  • Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.)

All prices listed on this page are including German VAT (19%).

Credit cards

Payment goes via a secure line SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Here all information is encrypted and secured and therefore it cannot be seen or stolen by third party.

When you want to complete and pay your order you will get an overview over the goods you have ordered and the total price. When you choose to go to the checkout you will be taken to a secure server at PAYONE where you have to type the following information:

  • Credit Card Number
  • Expiration
  • Control Digits

When you pay with your credit card you have to file in all info that is required in the form "payment details". You will be asked for your credit card number, expiration date and CVV number. Payments can be made only in Euros.

What is CVV2 & CVC2?

VISA and MasterCard implemented a security feature known as “CVV2” and “CVC2”. These are the three-digit numbers printed on the back side of the card (signature panel) to the far right. The three-digit code helps validate that the cardholder has the card in his/her possession, and the account is legitimate. You can include the code in your transaction and expect to receive a “match” or “no match” response. If you are using a shopping cart, make sure it is capable of collection these numbers. You are also not allowed to store these numbers.

Where do I find the CVV2?

The CVV2 three-digit value is printed on the signature panel on the back of VISA cards immediately following the VISA card account number. Click for illustrations showing the location of this code on a MasterCard and on a VISA.

Visa Verified & MasterCard SecureCode

All credit card transactions on Customfit.eu must go through either Visa Verified or MasterCard SecureCode. It is a validation system where you must either approve the transaction through your netbank or you must enter a personally code belonging to your credit card that you created through your bank. Do you not have this code you can always contact your bank to help you further. Visa Verified & MasterCard SecureCode is an extra security system to protect you as the cardholder and us as the webshop against credit card fraud.

Do you not fill in the three fields correctly the order will not be accepted. If you have problems or questions, please feel free to contact us and we will help you as much as we can.

We will deduct the amount from your account when we ship your parcel from our warehouse. You will receive your invoice when your order has been received and approved.

Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.)

If you want to pay by C.O.D. meaning pay on receipt of your parcel select this payment method when checking out. It costs 20 euro to use COD and this service is only available for customers from most EU countries. See the list of which countries we send by C.O.D. here.

To get your order sent by C.O.D. you must accept the following conditions:

  1. You must, if we ask for it, send us a copy of an ID card. It can be a passport, driver's license or social security card.
  2. We can only send packages by C.O.D. to your home address. Delivery to business addresses is not possible. Goods sent by C.O.D. will be added a fee of 20 euro.

If you once use C.O.D. but choose to decline receipt of the package it will not be possible for you to use this shipping form in the future. This occurs solely because we like to protect us against fraud orders. You will be blocked in our system which means that you can no longer place orders with C.O.D. as payment way.

Bank Transfer

If you wish to pay via bank transfer you must select this option on the payment page in the check out. Afterwards you must send the invoice amount to our bank account below:
